I’m grateful to say I’m living my dream job as a Paramedic. I’ve been on the ambulance for 15+ years now and feel so much gratitude to be given the skills and knowledge to be able to help people in so many ways. Ray

I have always wanted to help others in some form of fashion. I went to cosmetology school to do hair and then massage school but still never felt like I was truly doing what I was meant to. It was not till the death of my 14-year-old daughter that I realized what I truly wanted to do. Losing a loved one period is rough and losing a child that you created and brought into the world absolutely destroyed me. I knew I had to keep going for the sake of my other two kids and that is exactly what I did. I signed up for school to get BA in psychology. I realized that I wanted to help people who have gone through traumatic situations. I want to be the person that know and believe and feel is truly there for them. I want to be a light for them during the dark times and show them that even though it may feel like their world is ending that is not and be there for them as I had others there for me. Loss of life for anyone is emotional and hard and a lot of times we do not know how to move forward and I believe that sometimes the right person can change a life or be there to show others just how important their life is when all they want to do is give up. Right now, I am a professional in Information Technology and would really love to own and operate a laundromat. I love the smell of clean clothes and dryer sheets! I would even have a bar so people can have a drink while they wait! SO much better than corporate life. Casandra
