Ways to be a Happier Person in 2020

By Lifestyle No Comments

If you already found out steps to realize New Year’s resolutions, maybe you can start working on improving your mental health and try to be a happier person in 2020. Your mood affects everything in your life – relationship, work, self-care – so improving it should be at the top of your goal list. Let’s find out what is the most common therapists’ suggestion.

Conquer One Fear

Usually, our fears are the biggest obstacles in achieving important goals in life. Overcoming them should be your priority at the beginning of the year. Just select the fear that makes you anxious and treat that as though it is your number one enemy. Perhaps it will be hard, but when you face your fear, you will conquer it and be a happier person.

Make a Progress List

It’s time to let go of that expectation that things are always going to be perfect. Expecting perfection guarantees you’ll feel like a failure and can lead to serious anxiety. Instead, try writing down the improvements you make each week, even if you think that these are small successes. Keep in mind that just these small goals can lead you to the big ones.

Exercise on a Regular Base

Probably, we hear many times that exercise plays a large role in mental health. Then, what exactly is stopping you from doing it? The most important thing is finding something you enjoy at and exercise regularly. Physicians suggest 30 minutes a day, if you can.

Turn Your Phone Off

Many studies have shown that too much tech time can negatively impact mental health. Also, there appears to be a consistent connection between increased screen time in patients and depression or anxiety. Become less available via text or email, so as not to feel emotionally tethered to your devices.

Give Up One Unhealthy Habit

Stop smoking, for instance! We know which things are bad for us and can cause stress. Because of that, start 2020 by cutting back on some bad habits. Maybe, it is smoking, drinking alcohol or too much coffee. If you give up on some of them, you will be proud of yourself and a happier person.

Spend 10 Minutes a Day Outside

One of your New Year’s resolutions should be to spend less time inside and more time outdoors. Go for a walk during your lunch break, spend a few minutes drinking coffee outside or pick up running. That doesn’t take you more than 10 minutes, and you will be in a better mood and relieve anxiety.

New Year’s Resolutions and Crypto Wishes

By Lifestyle No Comments

New Year’s Eve is upon us and we are looking forward to the midnight madness! We know we will be making some New Year’s resolutions and crypto wishes when the clock strikes midnight. How about you? Do you have your resolutions ready? More importantly, are your resolutions achievable? Let’s exchange some of the plans, hopes and dreams for 2020.

Achieving a Better Budget

This is one of the priorities one way or the other. We may feel like hedonists and playful individuals. However, we all need means to support our desires. Securing the budget, or in our case, a solid bankroll is very important.

Planning your budget goes a long way. If you have this habit, it means that you are good in planning long-terms. Nevertheless, planning entails more than just drafting a plan on how much money you wish to set aside. Be creative when it comes to planning the ways to save the money or earn some extra cash. Be resourceful. Moreover, be consistent. Once you have your plan all set, make sure you can stick to it no matter the circumstances. Alternatively, try to predict the unforeseen situations and decide how much money you would be able to spend and save when such a situation occurs.

Sharing is Caring

It is no news that sharing forms bonds. And “no man is an island” and all that wisdom… Let one of our wishes be: We hope you will have the courage to share. Once you take that step and actually share your thoughts, knowledge, and love, you will make this world a better place. If you add donating to charity to this list, we could say the circle of sharing would be complete.

Sharing means showing confidence in both yourself and the person you are sharing with. It also promotes the best of you and elegantly asks the same in return.

Additional benefit of sharing is that it helps you to stay on track. Some researches show that once a person shares the goals with someone, he or she has the impression they are halfway through in achieving it. Later in the process, this impression is crucial in boosting self-confidence. Furthermore, it pushes us to stay on track and be consistent in achieving our goals.

Do Not Forget to Exercise Both Body & Mind

We bet you did not forget how important exercising your body is. However, we often forget that exercising your mind can sometimes be even more important.  Therefore, keep exercising as often as possible. Try introducing one new exercise every now and then. Just to break out the routine.

There are things you can do at home. Exercises that do not require going to the gym can sometimes help you a lot in staying fit and vital. Not all of us should have amazingly firm bodies. Staying healthy and having enough energy to get you through the day is sufficient.

Moreover, exercise your mind. Read books. Alternatively, if reading is not your thing, there are various audio books on the market that can spark your imagination or inspire you to think about the things that did not even cross your mind.

Do scrabbles, try finding solutions to simple or more complicated logical problems. Or, alternatively, you can always check out our crime stories, help us solve the cases and even win some free spins.

Steps to Realize New Year’s Resolutions

By Lifestyle No Comments

The holiday season is time for many of us to indulge in introspection and reevaluate some of their life choices. We try to make our New Year’s resolutions and want to realize them. But, sometimes we don’t succeed in that. Maybe, you can try to make some steps before defining resolutions. And don’t forget to try plentiful New Year promotion at bet safe and crypto accepted Casino Brango.

Mentally Prepare for Change

Before diving head-first into your New Year’s resolutions, it is important to take a step back and get ready for that impending change. You should think about what you set out to do in the past year, and where you did or where you didn’t make a progress. As you start thinking about changes you want to implement, make sure to do certain things first. You should stay positive, try not to make big and quick changes.

Set Goals That Motivates You

Many people set wrong goals as their New Year’s resolutions. To avoid making a mistake you should choose a goal important to you and only you. The one that brings benefits for you when achieved.

Write Down Goals

New Year’s resolutions are easy to forget and because of that, you should write it down in some way. The second reason is that by writing down you clarify what it is you want to achieve. You can write your goals in a planer, draft and email to yourself, store in Evernote or some other note-taking tool or just print and tape to the wall.

Share Your Goals with Others

Those who decided to tell someone about their goal, take different attitude towards achieving it. Now that they’ve gone public with their goal, they feel a sense of obligation and accountability. Crazy as it sounds, this sense of guilt is often more powerful than self-motivation.

Review Your Resolutions Regularly

If you aren’t thinking about your resolutions regularly, you re not going to follow through. The crucial part in realization of  your goal is a regular review. At a minimum, this review should be done monthly, but the more frequent the better.

Happy New Year and enjoy playing at Casino Brango in 2020!

Evergreen Winter Holiday Songs

By Lifestyle No Comments

Some things are eternal. Such as love, family or diamonds – depending on who you ask. However, there are artworks that transcend time. And although we can think of many different artworks that were left for humankind to admire throughout the centuries, we think that music is among the rare arts that speaks universal language. These are some of the evergreen winter holiday songs that always put a smile on our faces. Or – bring a cozy, warm feeling, especially during winter holidays. So, turn on the music, check out our New Year’s Parade promotion and enjoy!

Jingle Bells, 1960

Apart from being one of my favorites, Ella Fitzgerald’s interpretation of Jingle Bells deserves to be on our list as a true classic. Moreover, the song itself is widely known as a synonym for the Christmas atmosphere.

There is even a fun fact related to “Jingle Bells”. Apparently, this song (more precisely – its harmonica version) was the first song ever to play in outer space.

White Christmas, 1942

White Christmas shines with elegance. There is probably not a corner of this world where the song hasn’t been played. It even entered the Guinness World Records as the best-selling single of all time.

Bing Crossby at his best. Enjoy it!

The Christmas Song, 1946

The amazing, soothing voice of Nat King Cole and snowflake galore. That’s how I remember this evergreen song. Even the opening line about the chestnuts roasting on an open fire is suggestive enough to draws you to the winter scenery and warms everyone’s hearts.

Therefore, it is no wonder that this song made it to the Grammy Hall of Fame in 1974.

Let it Snow, 1948

Would there be Christmas without the voice of Frank Sinatra? I doubt it. The sounds of jazz and the hints of classy vibes he brings fill the air instantly. In case you wish to add a sparkle of the old Hollywood glamour, this song is the right choice.
